Albert Collins- 8/3/88 Tokyo
- August 3rd,the second night at Live Inn in Shibuya.

- Two more blistering shows. There was nothing like seeing Albert Collins live.

- On bass the legendary Johnny B. Gayden. At this time he was also the house bassist for Alligator Records and played on EVERYBODY'S albums.

- On 2nd guitar was Debbie Davies, now a succesful solo artist on the Blues circuit. Check her out at wwww.debbiedavies.com

- Eddie Hawrysch on keys. A couple years later he was with The Black Crowes and appears on all but their first album.

- An Albert Collins & The Icebreakers show was THE place to be. Nothing compared.

- This was,and still is,my favorite lineup of the Icebreakers. The best shows I ever saw and the coolest people I ever hung out with.

- Albert lets Debbie take a solo.

- It says something when you can hold your own with The Iceman.

- Albert takes the horn section with him as he walks the crowd.

- Here they come.

- The crowd gathers 'round.

- This was the highpoint of his show.

- Meet 'n' greet the audience.

- Chuck Smith,he never stopped moving. He was wound up he played two saxes at the same time!

- Between the crowd walk and the encore was this Fender endorsement.

- Back for an encore.

- Debbie takes another solo.

- The audience couldn't get enough.

- Somebody said something that caught Debbie's attention and shocked the hell outta Albert.

- Everybody tries to look cool for the camera.

- Albert scowls at the translator about who-knows-what.

- I snapped this picture so my dad could get in one with Albert. Manager Hilton Wienberg dropped in as well.

- Outside the club more fans wait for autographs and pictures.

- "Debbie,wait. Come back!"

- Debbie poses for pictures with some fans.
